Order Processing:
Most orders are processed within one day of the placement of the order. When items are backordered, but are expected, your credit card will still be charged and the order will be shipped as soon we receive the product. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order shortly after placing the order.

Shipping is based on availability of the products ordered. The approximate shipping time is noted in the description of each product. Most in stock items will ship the next business day. For orders with personalization, please allow additional time.
We ship all our merchandise through either USPS or UPS.

Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Order Total: $75.01-$124.99 Shipping Charge: $ 10.95
Order Total: $125.00 Shipping Charge: FREE
Alaska/ Hawaii and Puerto Rico all require additional shipping charges.
Special shipping charges may apply on heavy weight items. Please call for additional rates on these items.
Faster shipping options are available. Please request in the Order Comments Box of the check-out page, and we will contact you soon.
Cancellation Policy and Changes:
Once an order is placed it is considered final and cannot be canceled. Changes can only be made with approval from Unveiled. If we cannot fulfill an order in the time frame stated on our site, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order.
